Design Requires

Dear clients, in order to ensure that your design print successfully, please operate the following steps in turn:

1)     Select materials according to the actual requirements. Check the properties of the material

2)     Check the thickness of your design to meet the minimum thickness requirement. Check the thickness design requirements for different materials. 

3)     If your design is hollow, be sure to design large enough escape holes. Check the design requirements for escape holes. 

4)     If there are separate columns in your design, be sure to meet the minimum thickness requirement. Check the thickness design requirements of independent columns

5)     If there are convex or concave details (such as convex or concave characters) in your design, be sure to meet the minimum width and height requirements. Check the convex/concave design requirements

6)     If there is a sharp part in your design, the angle of this part needs to meet the minimum requirements. Check the design requirements for sharp parts

7)     If there are multiple parts in your design, be sure to meet the minimum gap between the parts. Check the clearance design requirements of parts

8)     If there are threads in your design, the profile angle and pitch must meet minimum requirements. Check the Thread Design Requirements.

9)     If there are holes in your design, the inner diameter and depth of the holes must meet the minimum requirements. Check the hole design requirements

10)  If your design is more complex, WeNext may decide that it is a special-shaped part and quote according to the special specifications. View an example of profiles
